Microsoft Teams Transition

Dear Parents, Community and Staff,

We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to announce an important change regarding our virtual meeting platforms. The district has started the transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams for hosting all virtual meetings.

Key Points:

Zoom Licenses: The district will no longer renew Zoom licenses for hosting online meetings.
Microsoft Teams: All district-hosted virtual meetings will now be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
External Zoom Meetings: You can still join Zoom meetings organized by external entities, vendors, or other parties. This change only affects district-hosted meetings.

Steps for a Smooth Transition:

Update Scheduled Meetings: Please update any meetings currently scheduled through Zoom to Microsoft Teams.
Learn Microsoft Teams: Please familiarize yourself with creating and joining Teams meetings.
