The Special Education/SELPA Department at the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District supports students with disabilities to achieve their educational goals. We offer services for students with disabilities ages 0-22. 

Our schools, community and society will benefit from the independence and contribution of ALL students. We ensure that students have a safe learning environment that centers on their needs and values their inclusion and respect.

Special Education staff at HLPUSD are dedicated to helping students with specialized needs in academics, behavior, and social-emotional skills. We work together with all partners to collaborate effectively and build a shared sense of confidence and success.
