HLPUSD Provision 2 School Sites
We are pleased to announce that twenty-seven (27) sites at Hacienda La Puente Unified School District will be implementing an alternative program available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called Provision 2 for School Year 2019-20. Schools that participate in Provision 2 are able to provide healthy breakfast and lunch each day at no charge for all students enrolled in that school during the 2019-20 School Year. Food Services is reminding all families to submit a meal application for continued benefits. Breakfast at all sites is still FREE.

Receive Monthly Menus Through E-mail

This page will allow you to register to receive monthly menus directly through email. You must register your email address to get started. We are making this available to the parents and students. Please help us spread the word and “GO GREEN.”

The information is posted and available on our website, please refer those interested to our website or to Food Services at 626.933.3900.

Lunch menus are available in English, Spanish and Chinese. We also have Child Care and Afterschool Program menus available and they can also be emailed to you directly, just be sure to click the options.  We will still be sending out hardcopies to your sites, but our hope is that we can minimize the amount of paperwork that is distributed and save a couple of trees.

In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g. Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.), should contact the Agency (State or local) where they applied for benefits.  Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech disabilities may contact USDA through the Federal Relay Service at (800) 877-8339.  Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
