Five Hacienda La Puente Unified School District schools have earned a place on the Educational Results Partnership’s (ERP) 2024 Honor Roll, distinguishing them as high-performing schools that demonstrate consistent academic achievement and a reduction in opportunity gaps.

In partnership with state and local business leaders, the ERP analyzes student achievement data to identify standout schools, encouraging the collaboration and sharing of effective practices between educators. Glen A. Wilson High School, Mesa Robles School, and Grazide, Los Molinos, and Wedgeworth elementary schools were each named to the Honor Roll, representing the District’s focus on student success.

“This recognition is a testament to the hard work of our educators, staff, and administrators who ensure all students have the support and resources needed to thrive,” Superintendent Dr. Alfonso Jiménez said. “We are incredibly proud to see our students continue to excel and pursue their dreams.”

Each campus reflects HLPUSD’s vision of preparing students for college, career, and life. Wilson offers rigorous college-prep programs, including Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate courses, and career technical education (CTE) pathways in business, hospitality, child development, theater, and computer science. Mesa Robles, a K-8 school, provides robust academics alongside programs in performing arts and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

The District’s elementary schools also offer enriching programs to support student growth. Grazide features speech and debate, STEM clubs, and early CTE exploration. Los Molinos engages students through coding, robotics, and Science Olympiad, while Wedgeworth offers both a Mandarin dual language immersion and computer science immersion curriculum.

The ERP Honor Roll recognition adds to an already notable year for HLPUSD, with four middle schools named 2025 Schools to Watch, Valley Alternative High School recognized as a 2025 Model Continuation School, and Wedgeworth Elementary honored as a 2025 California Distinguished School.

“These achievements reflect the excellence happening in every corner of our District,” Dr. Jiménez said. “We remain committed to cultivating opportunities that empower our students to grow, lead, and shine.”
