Student Records & Transcripts

 

This secure electronic service allows graduates from all years to order official transcripts anytime, from anywhere. Transcripts can be sent directly to colleges, employers, or other institutions, or delivered to you electronically or by mail, depending on your selection in Parchment.

Please note:

• This service is for transcripts only.
• Diploma copies are not available through this process.

To order your transcript, select the link below associated with the high school you last attended within Hacienda La Puente Unified School District.

Mandatory requirements for processing your requests:

• The legal name used in school (Maiden Name)
• A full date of birth
• School(s) of attendance
• Year of graduation
• Your signed release

The HLPUSD has a 5 working day turn-around.

Should you experience any issues during the registration or transcript ordering process, please visit the Transcript Request website, select “Contact Us,” then choose “Students/Parents.” Complete the support form with your name, school name, and a detailed description of the issue.  A Parchment support representative will assist you as soon as possible.
