A Transcript is the official record of a student's work, showing courses taken and grades achieved.

Student Records include transcript, immunization record, and permanent record card. 

To obtain Transcripts and all other Student Records before 2009:

You need to be 18 years of age

You will need a valid Identification Card:

•  Drivers License
•  California I.D.
•  HLPUSD School I.D.
•  Passport

Cost is $2.00 per Transcript

If you are not planning to come in to request transcripts, please fill out the Transcript Request Form have it notarized for your identity and mail it to Student Records at the address on the form. If you plan to come in to request Transcripts, fill out the form bring it with you along with a valid identification card.

For 3rd Party Education Employment Verifications:

Email your request to Student Records Department at ed_verification@hlpusd.k12.ca.us

These are Mandatory requirements for processing your requests:

• The legal name used in school (Maiden Name)
• A full date of birth
• School(s) of attendance
• Year of graduation
• Your signed release

The HLPUSD has a 5 working day turn-around

Do not fax more than 3 pages and only once
